Announcement: U.S. Congressional Hearing on the Fentanyl Crisis and the Chinese Communist Party Tomorrow

The U.S. Congress, Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), has announced a hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 16th, at 8:00 a.m., focusing on “The CCP’s Role in the Fentanyl Crisis.”

This issue has been on my radar since 2019, and I’ve penned several posts about it. (See attached links below.)

Back in November 2019, the death toll in the U.S. due to fentanyl overdose stood at 30,000. Fast forward to 2022, as per the 2023 DOJ announcement, and that number has surged to a staggering 110,000 Americans.

Last year, the U.S. Department of Justice made headlines with indictments against various Chinese-based fentanyl chemical manufacturing companies implicated in the production of these lethal fentanyl precursors.

CRUCIAL QUESTIONS

In my previous writings, I’ve posed some crucial questions:

  • Does the inundation of deadly fentanyl into the United States align with the Communist China ‘Influence and Interference’ playbook?
  • Is China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS) supervising China-based chemical companies involved in this fentanyl flooding campaign?

If your schedule permits, I strongly encourage you to tune in to this hearing or catch the recording afterward. It’s a critical issue that demands attention and understanding.
